Sample Individual Reports

These reports are examples provided to give participants an understanding of the printed Individual Reports for each discipline.  These reports differ from the web-based summary reports that contain the results from all participating laboratories.  Individual Reports contain only the results submitted by that participant and consensus results.

CTS' Web-based reports are published in portable document format (.pdf). Please use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view our web-based reports. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can obtain a free copy from www.adobe.com. Follow the instructions provided by Adobe for the installation of the Acrobat Reader. After installation, chose the desired report and the report will open in a reader window or in your browser window.
